Upgrade 7.1.4

In my admin panel there is a upgrade link to 7.1.4 , is it safe to do that without worries ;)

Backup everything before you do a upgrade. No upgrade is 100% safe.

Before you upgrade, you do need to know your exact current version. And 7.1 is not good enough. You need to know your exact version. All 3 digits.
