Update from 7.0 to 7.1

I'm using Dolphin 7.0.9 currently. Now the time for an update has come. I have done all update changes and would now start the update. I've downloaded and installed this update -> http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/7.1.0-7.1.1

If I would start the update the upgrade page shows the message:

Can someone please help me?

ok ok, I think I should use the patch for 7.0.9 to 7.1.0. Where I can download this update?
