Update cities - Database error

Hi

Today I try to update cities on http://www.mysite.com/m/map_profiles/administration/

and I get this  when I click Update profiles is taking for ever I been waiting more then 1hr for the update profile to fish and still loading so I close the age

There's your problem child. This error's telling you that you have a mix of collations in your database that is causing problems. Unfortunately, I can't really tell what the exact table/field is, but my guess would be it's either the Country or City field under the Profiles table.
