Update can not be applied

 Hello, I have problem with upgrade. I tried all upgrades pack 7.1 ... but still without solving. 

Can me someone help me?

First of all, tell us the current Dolphin version you are upgrading from.  You have to upgrade in the specific order; so we will tell you what upgrades have to be applied.

If you are seeing error messages, post those messages.

Hello, thank you for answer. File header.inc.php shows me that there is version: 7.1. build: 2 . But I cannt to upgrade to version 3. I have this message:
