Unique ??? Image Problem within Profiles!

All right, last time for today, I promise ....Sealed

I'm having an odd problem on the profile pages. I know that part of the problem has to do with the fact that I've changed the width of the entire dolphin setup, down to only 810 px wide, in order to conform to the rest of our project here in germany. Please take a look at the following to screenshots:

Before the change ...

and then

After the change ...

I can increase the entire width by another 40 px but that's really all the space that I have left, to maintain conformity to the rest of our project. So, can someone tell me how to do any or all of the following?

A. Reduce the size of that gigantic mega-border around the big profile image ...

B. Forcing the large profile image to align left instead of centered ...

C. Forcing the thumbnails below to align left as well ...

D. Reduce the size of the gigantic mega-border around same thumbnail images ...

I would very much appreciate any input for this since the profile pages are obviously a big deal to any signed up member. Thanks a bunch for your time.

I hate firebug, really can't stand it at all.

It looks nothing like the editing software that I've gotten used to during the past 10 years and even worse, it disables my "view sourcecode" from the context menu which helps me to understand source even better. As a matter of fact, some weird "bug" ??? in firebug prevents me from copying source off a page (my own page) in order to do a global search/replace with my professional commercial S&R software. But as soon as I load the file in my editor, followed by highlighting and copying the same text to be changed with my S&R software, it works just fine ... proving that the problem is definitely related to firebug. To me, it's just anoter one of those millions of toys that have been developed for firefox. I'm using FF 3.0 by the way.

In all honesty, sorry, but I really dislike USELESS answers too! Waste of time for everyone. Your answer does absolutely nothing constructive and I believe that when someone signs up to a forum, looking for answers, it's best to say either nothing at all ... or to try and provide a solution to the question. Telling me or anyone else to use firebug is absurd. Thanks anyway, I'm sure that I'll find some real answers. It's just a matter of time. Oh, and why are you writing in that horrible german? Are you using translation software? This is what your text should have looked like:

.

Du kannst Firefox mit dem Firebug Plugin gebrauchen.. Damit kannst du suchen welchen Code du aendern solltest...
Dies ist ein grosse Hilfe fuer Layout Aenderungen...

(AE, UE, and OE should actually be Ä, Ü, and Ö)
