Tried to install module. Sites failed.

I got the error while trying to install the module Sites:

Installation of: Sites Failed

On the left side, it comes up under modules installed. When I click on it, it says Module not found.

Sorry, I turned off Xcache and it works now.

With Shrink the Web, to get the full features of Dolphin Sites module, do I only have to purchase these two Pro packages from Shrink the Web? they have a lot.
