In the feedback on my website about notifications, one of the requests was notification when someone replied to a comment you left. This is probably something of interest because if someone replied to a comment you left; say to criticise your position, you might want to return to the comment and defend your position. Would it be difficult to track when someone leaves a reply to a comment you left? Could this be added to the current comment tracking system of Dolphin?

I don't think Dolphin is currently tracking replies to comments, just when one leaves a comment. Should not be too hard to add reply to comment tracking, I would think.
