Does anyone know how to insert "Top Photo's Tags" Block to PhotoPageView? I want to show "top tags of photos" block (same as at photos home page) at page where i can see photo.

To find out, look how this is done on other pages and see if there are functions you can use, or write the logic needed yourself. If you do not know how to do it, you're better of hiering someone to do it for you, rather than breaking the code or introducing unwanted features.
