Top menu langauge selection as menu item

Hello to all,

for my site with dolphin 7.1 i added a select language menu item.
instead of the language selection down the bottom of the page.

I'm gonna use this until the language selector is available again on menu: top extra 

Hope this can help others and bring new ideas on this forum.

You can add it to the service menu; to have a drop down on the service menu, you can use Deano's mod or you can have the language selection come up in a pop-up window.

I have looked at Deano's mod but I could not find it. Please teach me name of module.

My enhanced service menu builder with icons and drop down menus was removed from the market quite some time ago due to serious incompatibility problems with many 3'rd party templates.

It will not be available for sale again until i resolve the incompatibility problems.

You could easily do it in the main menu as well. A language top menu item and a sub menu item for each language which is just a url to index.php?lang=en and repeat for each language. which is how the bottom popup switches the language.
