Blogs home page has a top blogs block, as well as a top posts block.
My understanding is that 'top' shows the most rated, as opposed to the most viewed (popular)
So, where do you rate a blog?
I get 2 blog pages in my page builder.
Main Blogs Page
Blog Post View
On Blog Post View you get the option to show the 'rating' block, allowing the 'top posts' to get its feed.
So where do you rate a blog for the 'top blog' block to get its feed?!
