To add a block of comments to a new page

Hi everyone,

I´ve created my own page based on the example from "BxDolPageView.php". When I try it I can see the blocks perfectly.

How could I add a block with comentaries about events in this page?

Could anyone help me, please? I´ve already tried all the ways possible but, unfortunately, I still don´t know how to do it. Any piece of advice would make me really happy.
