Title of Photo's and File's Issue

The titles appear to no longer default to the page title as they use to do?  what changes have happened to cause this?  Is anyone else seeing this happen?  I am getting no title whe I use the action block to upload files and or pictures to the real estate mod.  It has always worked even though there were some modifications made to the photo module but no modifications were done to the files module.  Let me know if anyone else is having this issue!
