TinyMCS problem

I have a problem with profile comments, when I check "Enable TinyMCS in comments" when somone post comment nothing happens that means the box with comment is empty, when I uncheck "Enable TinyMCS in comments" everything working without problems, so, can somone tell me where is the error and how can I enable TinyMCS in comments, blogs etc with all options like in atached image. I'm using Dolphin 7.0.3
