 My members all have the ability to comment and rate store products. So do guests. Members can rate and comment on all other areas without a problem - photos, videos, blogs... But all report that they are not able to do so on store product pages. Can anyone enlighten me on where I went wrong or is this a general problem with the store. |
The store is designed so that a member must purchase a product before they can comment or rate it. My members all have the ability to comment and rate store products. So do guests. Since i'm not using the store's buying module (my members can simply add their affiliate ID to the description box) is there any way I can override this and a. allow the general public to rate the product? b. allow members to leave reviews? |
