It's for adding reference number to text or video comment so I know which offensive comment an user is complaining or violating TOS.
Can anyone tell me how comment points of - and + work exactly?
There should be some kind of flagging system for offensive comments, wouldn't you agree? If that post received 100+ comments, an user reported about a text or video comment, how would I know which one?
