Hello people, i am looking for a template for 7.1.4 that has a professional look, however in profile it allows members to use on photo to cover their whole profile page and to choose different font colors. As for the price, i've seen from 30 to 55 but known with the option to use one photo instead of tile.

You don't need to pay for that, it is made into Dolphin; the profile customiser module.  CSS3 has a new background option to size the background to fit the page.  You can add that to the profile customiser.  Of course the user must has a CSS3 browser but most of the modern ones support most of the new CSS3 specifications.  Your users will need to upload a good size photo of course, a tiny photo is not going to up-size as well as a photo that is in a larger size.  Of course most digital cameras today are storing huge images.
