Strange title & descriptions on search engines

I'm having the hardest of times identifying the problem that is creating strange descriptions/titles on google search results.

I've checked the more obvious files _header, _sub_header (base and my own template).  I've also checked profile.php and bxdoltemplate.php

There is nothing on those files that provokes my titles to appear with the word "logo" at the end of my page titles :

"page tile - logo"

The page title is picked up correctly, but I don't know where "logo" is coming from.

Then my page descriptions that appear on search engine results are looking strange too :

  • Page title - logo

May 9, 2013 - Jennifer Lopez supporting Global Mom. ... Warning: http://mysite.com/m/photos/ view/page-title-2013-05-09-32 is unreachable.

The test "Jennifer Lopez supporting Global mom" is correct.  It is the text attached to this image.  But then, what is the rest of the text that Google is picking up?

Before you ask, i checked the page and it is reachable.

Any orientation?

It looks like goole picks up 'alt' text from your logo and adds it to the title for some reason...
