Spy Table?

The spy table seems to be the most detailed filled table in Dolphin!  Does the information have to be internal to the network?  In other words can the proposed resolved URL be pointed to an out of network link? If I want to use 90% of the logic from the table but also use outside the network URI's is that possible? It appears to me if that is done and or could be done the wall feature of both Dolphin and the EVO wall would become almost twitter like if the correct programming was used to feed the spy wall table.  If crons were setup to assign in coming information to appropriate members really anything becomes possible about what could be looked at and or shared!  Anyone with multiple amounts of information that changes daily or has a daily message can be distributed quite well between very large groups but still be very specific!  Where am I going wrong?  The idea is to use large amounts of information by cron not personal input!  If your dealing with 25,000 entries a day it would be very helpful to automate that!  Get everything not just personal input.
