Spam regulation?

Here is another one.

I tried to place a comment on Event and it failed. In the same window for comments next to negative/positive buttons the message shows;

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bx_is_spam() in /home/content/n/u/r/XXXXXXX/html/inc/classes/BxDolCmts.php on line 621

Is this about anti spam feature or what?

It looks like you didn't replace all your old files with new files from 7.0.4 upgrade patch, please make sure that all files from upgrade patch replaced all old files.
