Sounds not rendering

Hi I'm using 7.1 and sounds are only displaying this message 

Ive checked all settings for upload sizes, chmod's etc etc. No fix any suggestions? Really could use some advice on this one.

Did you setup a cron job?

A few things; one, as Nathan said, the cron job set and properly executing.  Permissions on ffmpeg.exe set to 777, and also the proper permissions on the files directory for sounds.  All those need to be set up properly.  This goes for video processing as well.

so sorry, just saw the responses. yes the cron was setup according with settings with dolphin but we actually had to make some modifications with the cron. this has been resolved
