Sounds Page Error in Chrome

When I navigate to the "Sounds" tab from any page on my site I get this error at the top of page in Chrome, it does not show up in IE..

Warning: file_put_contents(/var/www/plugins/htmlpurifier/standalone/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer/HTML/4.2.0,2b9b9775a6db24e4e5a6d3607b3f1ba8,1.ser) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/plugins/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier.standalone.php on line 11232

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/plugins/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier.standalone.php:11232) in /var/www/inc/design.inc.php on line 133

I turned off all cache options and manually cleared the cache folders.

This only shows up on the "Sounds" listen page only.. the browse sounds page is fine. [edit]This started after site upgrade to 7.0.7

Could someone verify this on Chrome and IE please?

Make sure the following folder has 777 permission. This will resolve it.

 it does, already checked that..

only happens in Chrome, not IE

[edit] Thanks proveenkv1988,

I was checking the wrong folder.. it was this folder

/var/www/plugins/htmlpurifier/standalone/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer/HTML

all fixed and working

I was having an error on my join page. When you clicked on the JOIN button nothing would happen. The web browser would offer to save the password but the join action never got through.

Setting the HTML folder as recommended above to 0777 was the fix.

I was getting this error in my apache error log::

[Wed Jun 13 02:57:08 2012] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] PHP Warning:  file_put_contents(/var/www/plugins/htmlpurifier/standalone/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer/HTML/4.2.0,2b9b9775a6db24e4e5a6d3607b3f1ba8,1.ser): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/plugins/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier.standalone.php on line 11232, referer: http://mysite/join.php

It is fixed!

Thanks

Jessica
