Sorry , looks like you are trying to submit spam

I recently created a dolphin site which I'm testing.  I've been trying to join my own site in order to test certain features.  Once I add all the mandatory info, I get unable to submit because it looks like I'm trying to submit spam error.

Under Anti-spam tools settings, I've unchecked DNS, URI blocklists and Smart Anti Spam check. 

I can't figure out what else I need to do to get this to work.  This is a brand new site, admin is the only profile loaded.

I've checked the logs under Anti-spam tools, but I don't have any logs generated. 

Did you clear all the caches; both file and admin?  Unchecking Smart AntiSpam should have fixed the issue.

Thanks for the tip geek_girl, I had to clear the cache 4 or 5 times.  But that finally worked
