Your best ideas should come from you searching the site, look top right and enter some search terms.

You'll be surprised how much you can actually learn...

[edit] click on the little "magnifier" and you can search different sections to narrow the results.

The best thing for free modules is check the market in the free module section here:

http://www.boonex.com/market/browse/free

There are plenty of other great commercial modules that are around $50. You just have to identify your niche and add modules that pertain to your content.
