SnapChat Mod!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone develop or know where I can find a mod like SnapChat to add to my site and to the mobile app?

I had considered having an app like this developed for the Android.  I know that's not the same, but I already discussed it with the developer and he said he could indeed do it.   Now while I am not sure about the specs for coding for the Boonex modules (you would have to discuss that with him yourself), I do know he can do it, at least for android   It's not cheap, but he can do it.
