Sites Module doesnt save Input

I keep trying to add URL's to the Site Module and it just wont accept them ??

   I Noticed in the setting for this module that its links to  http://www.shrinktheweb.com/xino.php and it offers a Password and access key automaticly put in . Any suggestions on why it wont allow me to enter sites ??
