Site stopped working

Accessed my site today and got the following message displayed

Tried to access admin and got this message

Anyone got any ideas of what has gone wrong.

Please check your cache and cache_public folders permissions.

Emptied the cache`s and seemed to work a little bit more, 

Just realized got ove 500 meg in emails from the server regarding dolphin.

Cannot access them as yet, but if I can will post one.
