How can I improve it to the website work with guidelines of Google?

I think that the Google guidelines are overrated!

I pretty much have the same results as I posted above for every site I own (Dolphin and Non-Dolphin based) ...

I do need to sort out a 'site map for visitors' (sitemap.html) though!
