Site is not working

Dear Sir

Please find the below error and help me how to solve that

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _FILES in /home2/kootuket/public_html/inc/images.inc.php on line 227

Two Possible solutions.

1) You must be running a older beta version of Dolphin 7.1 or older. Upgrade to latest version.

OR

2) Your server is running PHP version 5.4. Downgrade to PHP 5.3
