Just uninstall those modules from the Tools>Modules area. Keep in mind, some modules are dependent on others and will not let you uninstall without removing something else first. Chris Nothing to see here |
id like to know same thing. there should be a php file somehwere about it. id like to keep my modules there but hide some of the stats like robin here. i was suggested to mess with my database with phpmyadmin but i dont wanna mess anything up >.< |
Like mychillspot said, if we can avoid touching the database I'm all for it. maybe someone can create a mode. Thanks for your suggestions... I will uninstall the stats im not using.. sound and file will need to be removed for sure. |
I wrote a guide for changing the stats block. http://www.boonex.com/unity/extensions/entry/D7_Customize_Site_Stats_Block Maybe I will make an actual module. But I would think the module would only be used when settiing up the site, thus useless most of the time. Light man a fire keep him warm for a night, light him ON fire & he will be warm the rest of his life |
I tired uninstalling Files and sound and it appears to have dependents that I'm using.. it looks like its setup in a way make it hard to remove something from the site statss to remove file you need to remove store and groups, im using groups. to remove sound, i need to removed events, wall and group.. using all three but not sound. too funny |
Check out this Tips N Tricks to remove the module dependencies. I have not tested this myself but would seem useful for you. Chris Nothing to see here |
I had a D6 mod to manage the site stats block, but i have not yet written the D7 version. https://www.deanbassett.com |

It is not that difficult to do and it's not like you are performing the task yourself. |
The dolphin 7 version of my site stats manager is now available which will make changing those stats a bit easier. https://www.deanbassett.com |
