Simple messenger Not functioning properly

First off I'm not all techy when it comes to Dolphin, My messenger is not working and I need to get her working correctly, from what I can tell is this,  all looks and acts correct until you go to send a message, it throws no error message just doesn't send the message to the other member, I had Esase  (simple messenger updated) on my site before it was updated from 7.0.9 to 7.1.4...We have tried to reach Esase so that he might update his Mod(simple messenger updated)   but no response back as of yet. 

I would be happy just to have the old Boonex Dolphin  Messenger back on here working, I'm sure I'm like most of you in the fact that , I love everything working and working well. If anyone knows how to help me please please please!!! lend a hand at fixing this problem

I messaged esase for Grim on 09-24-2013 as of today, still not a single response!

I'm working for Ron/Grim on here, site is hissite.com, the simple messenger module of yours is causing problems with 7.1.4.

I upgraded this site, first before upgrading I uninstalled the simple messenger, yours, then proceeded with the patches. The module page showed "simple messenger" by Boonex version 1.1.4, but when I went to install, it throws database error.

Putting your mod back in your folder changes the version, and will install BUT the end party never gets the message.

Please help with any suggestions. Have you updated the module for 7.1.4?

Yeah I have , I think and I say that again think ..twice and not a peep. If the mod cant be updated that's fine I just want the old Boonex messenger to work again , I guess with 7.0.9 you had to remove the Boonex one to get Esase to work , I could be wrong but I think that's what I heard. 

Is there anyone in all of Boonex that knows about how to get Simple messenger back up and running? 

If that is the case, then it should be a simple matter of un-installing the esase module and installing the boonex one.

If both are installed, then uninstall both, then re-install just the boonex version.

Ok What is the Mod Desktop V 1.1.4 for ? Whats it do ? because I guess it says that messenger is dependent on it in some kind of way
