The simple messenger shows up on profile pages (when the owners were online) at one point, but it disappeared, and would not come back up.
I have tried to disable and re-enable the module, reinstall the module, replace the entire folder and reinstall again...
Everything I tried seems to be a waste of time. The chat box would not reappear, or just disappear after browsing the site for a couple of minutes.
There are other threads regarding the same issue, but I haven't found a solid answer.
Please help.
