Sign-up problems

Hi, every time I get someone to sign up, I get this email. Any ideas what I do to clean up the process?

It looks like your host/smtp server applies very hard rules for sending mails.

I would recommend to use another external SMPT server (you can change in in SMTL Mailer module) or find another hosting with no such hard limits on mail sending.

You will need to talk to your host about this one. It's a host email server problem. Send the error to them.

Yes its a host problem.  the defer is a funny one as some hosts may not even know they now have this, as its just a recent addition to WHM when accounts are created. Any accounts created before this was added during a cPanel/WHM update will have this default set.

I only noticed this on ours when a client asked if we could increase their space, so when we went into their account through WHM we found this otherwise we would not have know about it.  We have ours set at 20 and have had no issues since.
