Showing wrong username after logged in

I've got some members who are seeing another person's username in the login block after they've logged in.

So instead of me seeing "Hello, Rosie Shilo" it would have someone else's name.

Anyone seen this and know why it's happening?

How did you install your Dolphin site?

Yes I searched and found nothing. The forums question has been sorted.

Everything else working on site. Installed via FTP.

Silly question but are these different people logging in from different computers? When I've logged in as different people on the same computer I've seen all sorts of crazy things happen but it was all due to the browser cache.

No they are all based in their own locations. I've just set the login block cache to 0.

Maybe that will help?

you mentioned "So instead of me seeing "Hello, Rosie Shilo" it would have someone else's name." Is this a custom code you added to personalize a users experience when logging in? If so, check that code. By default, there is no welcome message when logging in (that's why I am asking). And what happens when they click Account in the upper right corner - does it bring them to their own account page, or someone elses?
