is it possible to deactivate the banner ads for certain page? i.e. RSS feed which is imported to FB?

if your using the banners tool that is in the dolphin administration panel then i dont think that they will appear in the rss feed other than that .. please take a snapshot of the page and upload it . about the files what i did mean that have you edited any files in order for you to put the ads in ....

so here is your modification : upload _sub_header2.html and _sub_footer2.html to "templates/base" folder and the page_57.html to "modules/boonex/chat/tempates/base" and you'll be all done
