I know I have read that there were issues with the shoutbox. Has anyone had any luck fixing this? My shoutbox never empties and I have the setting set for 3600 seconds, which is an hour. I want it to erase them after one hour. It really sucks because I created a test site and the damn feature works on that one and it has the same settings. This feature really has a mind of it's own. Something has to be triggering this shoutbox not to work. I think it has something to do with customizing other parts of your web site. Any ideas?
