Share button problem help me please

Hello,

I have a problem in the module of photos and videos in the option of
"SHARE" every time the users uses this option to share videos and photos
the e-mail get to the person they sent but the mesage is empty there's not
link to see what the sender share.

Can someone help me to fix it please
