Setting the margin and making background fixed

I have checked the board for the last hour and can not find the code to change the topmargin

I would like to have the 'topmargin=0" inserted into the body tag

I am trying to make the top logo in the header touch the top of the page with no margin

I am attaching a image to show what i mean.

Id also like to make the background image on the main pages fixed.

thanks for any help

Thank deano for the below fix, I am posting it in case someone else has the same issue

templates/base/css/general.css
.mainLogo {
margin:12px 0;
}
Adjust the margins there.

I am still looking for a way to make the background image fixed

Your photo does not show enough. We can't see the left or right sides.

I also can't tell if your using a logo, or a background image in the header. There is normally a quote box that is on the right side. Can't see that in the photo either. Did you remove it?

There is no left margin on the logo. Only a top and bottom of 12px. So other changes will have to be made, but your going to have to be more exact on this. In other words make us see what you want to achive. Some of which might not be possable. There are margins on the left and right of the main page which if you remove them will change the entire layout of the page not just the top. You may not even be able to do this with the normal logo. You may need to modifiy the template, but i can't tell. Not enough details.
