Security Captcha Failed

Hi,

I have successfully compiled GD library with TrueType font and despite the fact that I can see the security image, I still get an error that says Captcha Check Failed.

I tried to change permission to the simg folder but the error still persists,

Please advise if anyone knows the root cause of this or have possible solution.

Please create a ticket  in support page

I am getting the same error. i am premium but i i get an error when trying to view the ticket in support. can anyone get me the link so i can fix the captcha problem.
