Hello,
Issue: Production Site is not connecting to RMS
Info: RMS 'seems' to be working on the site: tcp 0 0 :::1935 :::* LISTEN 23278/java tcp 0 0 :::9999 :::* LISTEN 23278/java tcp 0 0 :::5080 :::* LISTEN 23278/java
ps ax | grep ray_server: 23278 pts/0 Sl 0:03 /usr/bin/java -Dpython.home=lib -Dred5.root=/opt/ray_server2 -Dlogback.ContextSelector=org.red5.logging.LoggingContextSelector -Dcatalina.useNaming=true -Djava.security.debug=failure -cp /opt/ray_server2/boot.jar:/opt/ray_server2/conf: org.red5.server.Bootstrap 23347 pts/0 S+ 0:00 grep ray_server
I also disabled IPTABLES
Still when I configure the settings in the Flash Apps I get the message "Can't connect to RMS" within a minute.
I followed the boonex manual several times. I urgently need help with this.
Note: If somebody wants to get hired to do this I will need a full event log of what was done, how and why.
Thanks

OK then.
The way to test if your server is running RMS without using the very complicated Boonex test.
enter your URL and add :5080 to the end, if nothing there then maybe java or something.
There was no reason to go edit or config the IPTABLES
e.g. http://76.123.106.199:5090/

Hey Newton27,
Thanks for your tip. I get the following:
Red5
This page is used to test the proper operation of the Red5 server after it has been installed. If you can read this page it means that the Red5 server installed at this site is working properly.
If you want to change this welcome page, modify the file from the default application located at webapps/root/index.html.
This seems to be working ...
(and honestly, I did some tests on a different location now, the RMS seems to be doing fine ...) >> stupid proxies at work ...
Thanks a lot for the tip!
I might be confused or something, But at the members menu (and top extra menu) there still seems to be a problem. (See screenshots) The menu's don't pop up correctly. I thought this might have had something to do with the flash IM plugin, but I might be wrong. Any idea's?

This best to do, send your site link via PM.
I can't tell from the photos what is going on.

flash IM plugin
I missed that.
I'm on site now. You do have several issues that are not working right.
Can you screenshot your site "Audit" need to see that.
I do suspect the integration of the flash plugin or your template, none of my old ones (ad-ons) work with 7.1.x, things like this or simple messenger and so on quit working.

Please follow to check if forum is functioning properly. If it is working but '[L[' signs are displayed everywhere, then you need to (you maybe be need to compile language file separately for every language and template you have).

rewrite_module - UNDEFINED
no cron tab installed ....
Not to much on the site is going to work with those two things missing.

The info about the rewrite_module doesn't mean it is not working. It is normal i think. Check my GeoDistance, Watermark, TorBlock and Android Push Notifications mods | http://goo.gl/H3Vp81 |

for some reason my last post disappeared.
Here is what I said:
The rewrite module is certainly up and running. About everything is working.
The cronjob was in place, but not 100% properly configured. I fixed that. It's running OK now.
As Newton pointed out, it is most probably a template issue.
Does anybody has an idea which files I need to investigate? and what I should be looking for in specific?
Thanks
