Rss and Subscribe buttons in Actions

I have tried a number of ideas  but I can't seem to permenately delete the RSS or Subscribe buttons in the actions that appear on the ads. Does anyone know how to do this please?

Many thanks

You can remove them in the data base, find them in the sys_objects_actions table and rename the "Type" field for the rss button, I dont know the type for "ads" but if it's just "ads", then rename the type to "ads_removed" and they will be gone.

Thanks for the reply. I had tried this using cache db_sys_objects_actions but of course as its a cache file it simply resets itself when the cache is cleared

I don't seem to be able to find the   sys_objects_actions    anywhere else though!

Could someone direct me please?

Thanks

If you have access to phpmyadmin just scroll down to that table in the left column, listing  all your tables.

If you mean you can not find it in that list then check so the list is not just split up in two pages, that happens if you have a lot of tables.

I have noticed when searching before a few have mentioned accessing phpmyadmin. Unfortunately I can't seem to find where this would be or how to access it. I use a cpanel to access the main pages and only downloaded the software a month ago so wondered if this had been superceeded with something.

Thanks again for your help.
