As I can change the height of the banner flas intro?

If you mean the promo images, it's not flash, it's made with regular html and css.  You can edit the size of this using css:

1. Open /templates/base/css/index.css
2. Find: #indexPhotoBorder
3. Then add height and width properties to control the size.

You will need to know a lil CSS to do this.
