Report of a spammer

I received an email message from one member stating that another member spammed.  They used the function in the actions area to report the act.  How do I verify that this actually occured?

yes, these people hacked my site and tried selling it back to me, then i got it all back and now they are trying to sell it to other people!

they have stolen content, any the site and logo has been trademarked and copyrighted...

I know when this people send me that PM

they full of shit

I hope admins ban hem and block the IP adress and the PC  ID
