Removing check boxes from searchkeywords.php

I need to know how to remove the box with the check boxes and the search bar from the searchkeywords.php page this is one of the last steps to having my site finishes so all help would be greatly appreciated.

I had done this a while ago. It can be done. It may take a little time to go back and figure out what I did. I am currently in the process of redoing my site and writing out everything I have done. If no one has responded with the answer by the time I get to that part, I will gladly post for you.
