Remove module blocks from homepage

I am having difficulty removing some of the modules from the homepage so that it will not be seen by guests. I went to navigation and unchecked "Guest" for the modules I don't want to be visible as well as going to the settings for the module settings and put "0" in for number of posts to be seen on homepage but it is still visible on my website trepchat.com/ How to I remove that?
