Remove items from account control?

Hi again everyone, ok i found out ages ago how to do this but been away from the whole website thing for a while so nee to be refreshed, how do i remove items from the 'account control' area, i want to remove items like 'tracker' 'profile status' 'presence' etc.

 Thanks but Nope, the account control on the account page, 'dashboard' where it shows how many people you have blocked, how many greetings, prescence, membership etc, i want to remove some of theses items,
