Remove chat rooms for good

I've read in the forums about this going back over 2 years and still it seems to be an issue.  I keep removing chat rooms from the back admin and they continue to come back.  I have have many issues with this chat than I care to talk about and it sucks.  I've had my hosting provider looking into this and they have spent a lot of time on it and I feel its not there issue to fix.  Anybody have any tips on getting this to work otherwise I will have to remove it and all flash apps.

what problem are you havein with the chat ?, i try usein it an serveral times i get connection error 

what problems arent I having. 

1. It loads then I create a new room and then it reloads and freezes without fully loading.
2.  I cannot delete chat rooms, everytime I delete them they are right back in there after reloading page
3.  Admin from backend doesnt load, only turning off rms can make it load but what is rms for then?
4.  More future problems with chat to come

i think RMS is fer the cam chat an some other items, it seems i got sumthing thats loading in the back cause i see the word LOADING in bold letters behind the loading circle , im lost on it, i had my host check it so many times wich is TMD hosting

yeah Im waiting on rayz who is the guy who created it and knows more about it than anyone.  I am also tired of getting my host to check it out because its almost like theyre fixing a lot of dolphins problems for them.  this chat thing is kinda ridiculous though.  Seems like if its broke then you have to buy a module that works instead of using the free one that they include in the software you buy from them.
