Remove Profile Menu Items

Hello, I have searched the forum and have found no answers to my dilemma so I have decided to post a question here and hope for some help.

I am wanting to remove some items from the profile menu such as Files and Sounds as I do not allow using these on my site. My Ultimate FAQ mod requires that these be installed in order to be used, thus showing these on a persons profile when viewing it. How can I remove these items so that members do not even see them? I have removed them from showing everywhere else except for user profiles.
