Remove Powered by Boonex

I purchased the $99 Unlimited Time License, but I don't see any instructions on how to remove the Powered by Boonex info.

You should insert your received license code in your admin panel. Boonex' banners should be a hidden

I already added it to my Settings/Variables/Dolphin License Code section. Is there another place to add it?

Have you manually cleared your cache folders?

/cache_public,  /cache and /tmp

make sure you leave the .htaccess file in the /cache folder..

might help..

If you already have a license added to your site, you should follow these steps:

  1. Remove your current license from Administration > Settings > Advanced Settings Variables
  2. Log out of the administration panel and log back in
  3. Enter new license when prompted

You should also follow these steps (sans the first step) even if you don't have any licenses currently added, since the system does not recognize license changes through the advanced settings page.

Navigate to Administration > Tools > Host Tools > Params and post the results of the page. If it's not working, then chances are, it's because of allow_url_fopen being disabled.

allow_url_fopen is ON

I got a free license the day before I purchased this one. Both license numbers are identical. Could this be the problem?

I have two suggestions to you:

1. Send this request to your agent.

2. Make ticket on our support page.

Try clearing your cache again, if you didn't already do so after trying my suggestion. Can you also confirm whether or not the license under your account has a domain attached to it?

OK - I see the problem. The license is assigned to the wrong domain. It's still assigned to the test site I was trying before I went to a permanent site.

OK got the license associated with the proper domain and all is well.  thanks to all for your guidance. I appreciate it.
