Remove Join & Login buttons

The title says it all. I don't want to fix them (they are broke on my site) I want to just remove them. What's the easiest way to remove the entire function?

The join button works fine, it's the login button I want gone. Can I apply the same logic to both the join & the login button to remove them?

Of course. You'll notice one section of the highlighted code is for the join button, and the other for the login button. Just remove the code for the login button.
