Registered Licenses

I installed dolphin 7 once and the boonex ads disappeared. I had to reinstall dolphin 7 and now the ads won't disappear?

Any suggestions, my account shows my serial number but says it's unregistered. I have entered my serial on my site and it says that it never expires. What's going on with this and how do I get it corrected, I paid for an unlimited license so maybe someone there can rest it or issue a new different one, please see below!

You should NEVER post your licence keys in public forums. Edit it if your still can and remove them or contact a moderator.

I removed the information. If someone manages to use any of your licenses, you can reset the attached domain from your account.

To answer your question, make sure you reset the license before re-applying it. You should also add it like this:

1. Remove any current licenses from Administration > Settings > Advanced Settings > Variables
2. Clear the cache directories
3. Logout of the administration panel
4. Login to the administration panel
5. Enter new license when asked

one other nice little gltich i have seen faced by a few on this same matter. if you have tabs open on your browser, make sure that none of them are opened to your site. because if you are logged in and have a session running, this thing can act really quirky when trying to get the license to stick. 

i must also suggest that you use FireFox, as IE has its own quirks.
